Including minature garden competition for the Tom Butler Cup

09.00-11.00	Children’s Concert in Village Hall

15.00	Presentation of Jubilee Mugs and New Testament to Children in Marquee

15.30	Tea Party – all villagers and parents welcome –we would ask everyone to bake and donate cakes.

	Tea and Cakes will be available free of charge in the Marquee
	BBQ Burgers and Hot Dogs available to purchase £1
	Exhibition from Local Groups and Businesses in Village Hall

16.00	Judging of Miniature Garden Competition – rules below.

17.00	Presentation of Tom Butler Cup

19.00	Finish

To add to the party atmosphere everyone is asked to try and wear red, white and blue.

Miniature Jubilee Garden Competition Rules

1. This competition is open to anyone resident in Bobbington or attending school in Bobbington in two age groups: aged 12 and under and over 12’s.

2. Gardens must be designed in a round, oval or square bowl, tray or tin and no larger than 35cm x 35cm (14 inches x 14 inches) or 35cm (14 inches) diameter.

3. Gardens should have a Jubilee theme.

4. Bring your entries to the School on 31^st May and ensure name and age is attached to the display.

5. Entries will be judged at 4.00pm.Judges decision is final.

6. There will be cash prizes and The Tom Butler cup for the overall winner.

7. Prizes will be presented at 5.00pm

8. Entrants must remove their exhibits by 6.30pm. All remaining containers and contents will be recycled.
